MSP calls on Holyrood to back cleaners' strike

POLITICIANS at Holyrood are being urged to give their backing to cleaners set to go on strike at Westminster.
Scottish Socialist MSP Rose Kane has tabled a motion in the Scottish Parliament offering "wholehearted support" for the staff employed at the Houses of Parliament who are to stage a 24-hour stoppage tomorrow over pay and conditions.
