BBC hopes tape of Dr Kelly proves to be 'smoking gun'

Last night, both the Scottish National party and the Scottish Socialist party called on the prime minister to resign over the war.

The SSP, which has submitted a motion to the Scottish Parliament condemning the war, demanded that the Scottish Executive recognise that it was "misled by the Westminster government, and declare it wrong to support the war". The Herald
