Anti-War demonstration
Up to 400,000 marched through London on Saturday 28th September. Hundreds had travelled down from Scotland and there were many SSP banners on the march.
The demonstration, organised by the Stop the War Coalition and the Muslim Association of Britain demanded "No Attack on Iraq" and "Justice for Palestine". The rally in Hyde Park was addressed by dozens of speakers including Scott Ritter, former UN weapons inspector, John Pilger and many MP's, Trade-Union leaders and religious leaders.
